Pricing questions
What counts as a transaction?
One line on a bank or card statement, or one bill or invoice processed. Approving or editing doesn't count.
What happens if I go over my limit?
We add a pack of 500 transactions for ₹499 ($9). We never stop your close mid-month, and we email you before it happens.
Is GST extra?
Yes, 18% GST is added to Indian prices. You get a GST invoice to claim input tax credit.
Can I change plans?
Any time. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades from the next billing date.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — full refund of your first payment within 30 days.
What if you shut down?
You get 90 days' notice and a full export of your books and documents in standard formats.
Do you have discounts for CA firms?
Yes. The CA Practice plan includes 10 client companies for ₹2,999 a month, and the first 25 firms in our Design Partner programme get 6 months free.
